Our property sits on 28 acres with a deer camp style lodge to accommodate all fisherman and hunters. The lodge has an outdoor kitchen with an open fireplace to enjoy the outdoors. This includes a 70x30 boat shed (with power) with a covered fish cleaning station, a large area for parking, and open areas for accommodating any size boat.
The lodge is fully equipped with seven bedrooms and eight baths. The lodge houses a commercial kitchen and large dining area that seats 12 guests. The main gathering room is a large open area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 75 inch television.
For hunting or fishing clients who harvest an animal, there is a enclosed skinning room, cleaning station for fish, and freezers to store game during your stay.

330 Landing is located 6.6 miles from Grenada Lake and in the heart of prime public hunting land just steps from our back door. Turkey, deer, and waterfowl hunting are available. There are also several fox hunts in the area for your enjoyment.

If you are looking to fish during your stay, the lodge is located near two of the North Mississippi Flood Control Reservoirs.: Grenada Lake and Enid Lake. Grenada Lake is known for great crappie fishing. You can schedule a professional crappie guided trip for a day on the water. They have fun Livescoping, wading, trolling, and more.
